We prefer to quote our wedding services based on number of hours required, travel to the location and other considerations such as print packages, memory books and additional services such as video and any other special pre and post wedding requirements and services.  Below is some general information about what we do, please contact us for additional details and to discuss your specific requirements.

Basic Package Features

Unless otherwise required, our wedding packages are based on having two photographers present at the ceremony and all wedding day events.  This provides you with the best possible coverage of this special day.  If you are having a small service or a very large ceremony you can opt for a single photographer or for more than two photographers based on your requirements.  Most of our work is produced digitally so that all photos can be reviewed and any digital post processing can begin within 24-48 hours.  There are no negatives to worry about and print packages will be based on selections made from your private online preview gallery.  At the option of the bride and groom, photos can be made available for public order or through the private gallery.  The initial preview gallery will generally be completed within 30 days or less, and no more than 45 days for larger events.

Print Packages and Extras

Prints are available from wallet size up to large poster size, custom framing is available for most print sizes.  Standard packages will include anywhere from 50 4x6" prints to a mix of 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10.  Additional services include slideshows on CD and DVD, memory books and various gift items.  Some of the larger packages may include a free standard wedding video and for an additional charge a custom video can be produced based on requirements provided in advance.

A wedding is a very special event and involves a great deal of planning and expense.  It is our goal to provide high quality photos of your wedding so that you can remember the event for a long time to come.  We will help you select the best shots and coverage prior to the big day.  There are many lists of suggestions available in major bridal publications and online.  We encourage you to review these lists and use them in planning your coverage.  Not only will we meet all of your requirements, but we will exceed your expectations in capturing all aspects of the wedding day.
